If you represent an Italian Company or Organization, you can register its Profile and it's for free!
The Profile shall be provided in the active laguages (English and Chinese, so far) and the following details shall be provided:

• First Name: the given name of the contact person (this detail will be public)
• Last Name: the family name of the contact person (this detail will be public)
• Email: the company email of the contact person (this detail will be public)
• Cellphone number: the cellphone number of the contact person (this number won't be public)
• Phone number: company phone number (this detail will be public)
• Company Name: name of the Company/Organization, including the Company/Organization type, eg. ltd, llc, ngo, etc. (This detail will be public)
• Business Registration Number: according to your Country's regulation, in Europe and Italy it is the VAT identification number (this detail will be public)
• Short Profile: short description of the Company/Organization, max 255 characters, spaces included*; it will be used in lists (this detail will be public)
• Full Profile: long description of the Company/Organization, max 2245 characters, spaces included* (this detail will be public)
• Product/Service/Technology overview: an overview of what your company is offering to the Market, in terms of products, sevices and technologie (max 700 characters)
• Product/Service/Technology Advantages: a short description that the potential customers may percieve as their own advantage in using your company's products, services and technologies (max 700 characters)
• Cases: a very short description of success cases, works, etc achieved by your company (max 700 characters)
• Picture 1: picture of one of your company's product, service, technology
• Description for picture 1: description related to Picture 1, max 60 characters
• Picture 2: picture of one of your company's product, service, technology
• Description for picture 2: description related to Picture 2, max 60 characters
• Picture 3:  picture of one of your company's product, service, technology
• Description for picture 3: description related to Picture 3, max 60 characters
• Address: Address of the Company/Organization, without the ZIP Code and the Country (this detail will be public)
• Zip Code: ZIP Code of the Company/Organization (this detail will be public)
• Country:  Country of the Company/Organization, select the correct item from the dropdown menu (this detail will be public)
• Year of Foundation: specify only the year (this detail will be public)
• Annual Turnover: select the correct range from the dropdown menu (this detail will be public)
• Number of Employees: select the correct range from the dropdown menu (this detail will be public)
• Company Logo: upload the Company/Organization logo. The image shall be approved by GBO-Italy staff (this detail will be public)
• Web site: url to the website of your company/organization

"Short Profile" and "Full Profile" shall be provided in all the active languages (currently, English and Chinese). The base version is the English one, the other versions shall be the faithful translations of the English version.

We can provide the translation in the missing languages, according to our price list; please ask for a quotation.

The Companies selected for the Italian Pavilion at IE Expo 2019 shall provide all the details in English. Some details will be translated into Chinese for free and published in the catalogue of the Pavilion. If your Company already has the Chinese Version of the "short profile" and "full profile", you can provide them, but they shall be the faithful translation of the English Version.
